Responsibilities:
- Sale of exhibition area.
- Search for new ones and develop long-term relationships with existing clients (Exhibitors).
- Working with a cold and hot customer base.
- Preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
- Conducting meetings and negotiations.
- Managing the client from the moment of signing the contract to the delivery of the project.
- Document management.
- Working in CorelDRAW.
- Assistance to the client in solving all organizational issues related to the project.
- Preparation of reports.
- Evaluation of sales effectiveness, analysis, formation of measures to increase them.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors to exhibitions.
- Management of media, contextual and targeted advertising (Google, etc.).
- Set up and manage e-mail marketing (Selzy).
- Website management, content placement, contractor control (CMS Bitrix, Tilda).
- Participation in the development of the marketing plan of exhibitions, the strategy of their digital promotion.
- Facebook Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media exhibitions, creation and generation of content.
- Work with clients to collect the necessary information for marketing activities.
- Work with Analytics systems: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika.
- Advertising in industry media (placement of materials, document management).
- Creation of marketing research on exhibitions and their analysis.
- Development of promotional materials: brochures, presentations, press releases, etc. (content, presentation of technical specifications to designers).
- Evaluation of traffic quality and advertising effectiveness.
- Assistance in maintaining and monitoring the company’s accounting and tax records
- Tax planning and reporting
- Control over accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll calculation
- Working with non-residents
- Accounting and calculation of travel expenses
- Interaction with tax and government authorities
- Timely period closing and monitoring of legislative changes
