Responsibilities:
- Selling exhibition space and participation formats;
- Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing exhibitors;
- Working with cold and warm client databases;
- Preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and cost calculations;
- Conducting business meetings and negotiations;
- Providing full client support: from contract signing to project delivery;
- Managing contracts and related documentation;
- Coordinating with internal departments (marketing, operations);
- Preparing reports and analyzing sales performance;
- Participating in project development and contributing proposals to increase sales.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors to exhibitions.
- Management of media, contextual and targeted advertising (Google, etc.).
- Set up and manage e-mail marketing (Selzy).
- Website management, content placement, contractor control (CMS Bitrix, Tilda).
- Participation in the development of the marketing plan of exhibitions, the strategy of their digital promotion.
- Facebook Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media exhibitions, creation and generation of content.
- Work with clients to collect the necessary information for marketing activities.
- Work with Analytics systems: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika.
- Advertising in industry media (placement of materials, document management).
- Creation of marketing research on exhibitions and their analysis.
- Development of promotional materials: brochures, presentations, press releases, etc. (content, presentation of technical specifications to designers).
- Evaluation of traffic quality and advertising effectiveness.
